Foundation statement with regards to recent developments within the ECA Project

Dear Electra Community,

— The board will stay on until the $ECAP team’s airdrop unless this exceeds past December 31, 2020.

— Due to the Electra Foundation statutes, the whole board has to recede their duties before January 1, 2021, as their term(maximum 2 calendar years) has come to an end.

— The statutes also state that all ECA members can apply to become a board member. If you are interested in this position, you can email us at foundation@electraproject.org . Please be aware that one of the criteria to become a board member is that physical identification at a Dutch notary is mandatory.

— If no new board members come forth before our term ends, the current board members will dissolve the Electra Foundation in full.

— Regarding the funds of the Foundation, all $ECA will remain in the Foundation in case successors are found to replace the current board. All funds will be transferred back to Electra01 if he is not satisfied with the successors or, if no suitable successors are found resuling in dissolvement of the Electra Foundation.
